All products available in the  Zanselect Store are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Europe, and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase. Credit card purchases are processed within up to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days. In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak seasons at the postal service, or other situations beyond our control. Delivery time may vary depending on the efficiency of the postal service in each region. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, we will contact the responsible parties (carriers, customs, and postal service) to locate your package. However, if the product is not delivered within 60 days, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase. Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee that you will love your product and that it will be worth the wait! And if you are not satisfied when it arrives, we also offer a return policy so you can shop with confidence. Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may be shipped from different suppliers. If you receive one item before the others, do not worry — this is completely normal. Order Tracking After your order is dispatched internationally, you will receive a tracking code via email or SMS (using the contact information provided at checkout). Tracking information may take up to 7 days to become available. Important General Conditions Delivery Not Completed – Incorrect Address or Recipient Not Available (Store Zanselect.com) will ship products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly and completely. Our system processes orders automatically based on the information provided, and we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. It is important that you ensure delivery access at the registered address. After delivery attempts and return of the package to the local post office, the customer must pick up the order at the nearest post office branch. All details regarding delivery attempts and the pickup location will be available in the tracking information on the postal service website using the tracking code provided by the store. Storage fees may be charged if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect the package, postal regulations require the item to be returned to the sender. In this case, a new shipping fee must be paid by the customer for reshipment. If the customer chooses not to request reshipment and cancels the order, the refund will be processed minus the shipping cost (even if the item was purchased with free shipping), since Zanselect was charged twice for shipping — once for sending the product and once for the return to the supplier. In some areas, home delivery may not be available. In these cases, the customer must collect the package at the nearest post office indicated in the tracking system. Recipient Not Available Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. The postal service will attempt delivery. If no one is available during the delivery attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest post office branch, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days. Additional Information There may be slight color variations due to different monitor settings, which may result in differences of one or two shades (lighter or darker) compared to the actual product color. Customs (Import Taxes): Our store prepares all necessary documentation to ship your product. Although rare, import taxes may be applied. If this occurs, the fee must be paid by the buyer at the time of pickup. This amount can be reimbursed as store credit for future purchases.
